  • This 30-minute in-office visit is perfect for established patients seeking continued support for specific concerns. Whether you're navigating pain, pregnancy, recovery, or performance goals, this appointment allows time for soft tissue work, rehab exercises, or other therapies — followed by a personalized chiropractic adjustment.

  • 45 MINUTE VISIT $115

    This extended visit is recommended for patients needing more comprehensive treatment or who want time for deeper soft tissue work, therapeutic exercise, or additional concerns.

    It’s also a great fit for families of 4–5 people booking together. We use this time to meet each patient’s unique needs without rushing, making it a great middle option between standard and extended care.

    60 MINUTE VISIT

    This full hour is ideal for families of 5-6, patients managing multiple areas of concern, or those wanting extra unhurried, detailed support that includes a range of therapies such as cupping, red light, manual work, rehab movement, and more — all tailored to your current needs.

    We’ll review progress, adjust the care plan as needed, and provide hands-on support every step of the way.

    Families of 6 or more may require more time if there are multiple concerns being addressed.

  • Skip the drive and receive expert care in the comfort of your home. We bring the clinic to you, providing a safe and stress-free experience for your entire family.

  • Supportive Follow-Up Care After Tongue, Cheek (Buccal) or Lip-Tie Revision


    This complimentary visit for ESTABLISHED PATIENTS ONLY designed specifically for babies, children and adults who have recently undergone a tongue-tie, lip-tie, or buccal tie release.

    This visit is offered at no charge for families needing hands-on support after a tongue or lip tie revision. If you're having difficulty completing the post-release exercises or want a second look at how your baby (or your own) mouth is healing, we're here to help. We’ll walk you through stretches, assess oral healing, and offer any necessary support to ensure you feel confident. This is part of our commitment to collaborative care with your revision provider.

    Dr. Elizabeth has experience supporting families through this process and provides a calm approach to care, especially since she’s undergone oral tie revisions herself.
