    Pregnancy Chiropractic Care

    Dr. Elizabeth is certified in Webster Technique by the ICPA.

    This is a specific technique made for pregnant patients to help relieve things like low back pain, pelvic pain, and prepare the body for an easier labor and delivery!

    Dr. Elizabeth is also available by request to attend your birth center or home birth.

    Pediatric Chiropractic Care

    Chiropractic care is gentle and specific and can help kids of all ages with all kinds of conditions like:

    Craniosacral Therapy

    Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that focuses on releasing tension and supporting the nervous system. It may be used to support infants, children, and adults with concerns such as tension, feeding challenges, sleep difficulties, and overall regulation. Craniosacral therapy is available in-office for families in the Phoenix and East Valley area.

    Sports/School Physicals

    ENSURE THAT A DC (Doctor of Chiropractic) can sign off on your forms. The AIA does not allow anything other than a CCSP to sign off on their forms.

    Please bring whatever forms you need for your school or sport to be filled out.

    The physical will consist of:

    • Height

    • Weight

    • Blood Pressure

    • Pulse

    • Vision Screening

    • Urinalysis

    • Physical exam: heart, lungs, abdomen.

    • Orthopedic Exams
