Evidence-Based Car Seat Education for Families

Car seat safety education is provided by a Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) and is designed to help parents and caregivers feel confident using their child’s car seat safely and correctly.

Proper car seat use plays a critical role in reducing injury risk, yet many seats are unknowingly used incorrectly. CPST appointments focus on education, guidance, and hands-on learning so caregivers can make informed decisions and apply safety practices independently.
