Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept insurance?
Our desire at The March Rose Family Chiropractic is to provide the best quality chiropractic care in Ahwatukee to every patient, at every visit, at an affordable price. For this reason, we do not accept insurance at this time.
Do you accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)?
Yes! We happily accept HSA and FSA cards. We can also provide itemized receipts for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement for chiropractic services.
Do you offer care for tongue-tie before and after a frenectomy?
Yes! Our office offers gentle, specialized care for infants both before and after tongue-tie release (frenectomy). Chiropractic care helps improve oral function, feeding, and comfort by releasing body tension and supporting the muscles that attach to the head and jaw. Dr. Elizabeth loves collaborating with other providers to ensure your child receives the most complete care possible.
Is chiropractic care safe during pregnancy?
Absolutely! Prenatal chiropractic care is both safe and effective. It can relieve discomforts like pregnancy-related low back pain, sciatic pain, and pubic symphysis dysfunction. Dr. Elizabeth is has been certified in Webster Technique, a gentle, pregnancy-specific approach that promotes pelvic balance and can help prepare the body for an easier labor and delivery. We proudly serve expecting moms in Ahwatukee, Chandler, Tempe, Gilbert, and the East Valley.
Can chiropractic care help after giving birth?
Yes! The postpartum period is a time of immense physical, emotional, and hormonal change. Chiropractic care helps your body recover from pregnancy and delivery, supports pelvic and spinal alignment, and gives your nervous system the support it needs during this transition into motherhood.
At what age can babies begin chiropractic care?
Babies can start care from birth. Our pediatric chiropractic care is extremely gentle—using no more pressure than you would apply to your closed eyelid. Chiropractic care for infants supports feeding, digestion, sleep, head shape (plagiocephaly), and overall development. We pride ourselves for offering safe, effective infant chiropractic care in person in Ahwatukee as well as in our established patient’s homes.
Why should babies see a chiropractor?
Birth is a big adjustment for babies! Chiropractic care helps regulate the infant nervous system and address tension that can affect feeding, sleep, and comfort. Dr. Elizabeth uses safe techniques that support your child’s health and development in their early weeks and months.
I’m planning a home birth/birth center birth—would you attend?
Absolutely! Dr. Elizabeth loves supporting birthing families with in-home chiropractic care and birth team support. If you’re planning a home birth in the Phoenix or East Valley area, contact us to arrange care during or after labor.
What conditions can chiropractic care help with besides back pain?
At The March Rose Family Chiropractic, we support the whole family with conditions beyond traditional back pain. This includes headaches, migraines, vertigo, neck pain, sciatica, plagiocephaly, carpal tunnel syndrome, and more. Dr. Elizabeth provides targeted care for pregnancy, postpartum, and pediatric needs using gentle, nervous system-focused techniques.
